We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 2+ years commercial web design experience with a strong relevant portfolio that reflects this.
- Solid and demonstrable web design skills in the usual applications (Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator etc).
- Hand-coded html/xhtml, css and understanding of producing table-free website design.
- The ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
- Action-scripting, javascript, and knowledgeable exposure to php/asp etc a distinct advantage.

Junior developer
We are looking for a junior interactive developer. We need someone that has good working knowledge of flash action scripting, html, css and php.
Although we are looking for someone that is sensitive to design, the main focus for this role is a technically minded developer - someone that can build projects from design concepts provided in psds or flash files.
